UPDATE 2/21/17: NPPL Cancel First Tournament The NPPL news keeps rolling in, this time we have some dates, locations and some field/layout updates. The first NPPL event of 2017 will be held April 7th – 9th, just outside of Sacramento at West Coast Adventure Park. But in late 2008, the league filed for bankruptcy; from 2009 to 2013, events were held branded as the USPL and later as the NPPL.
