Firstly ICE stands for Internal Ceramic Elastomeric Coating, the coating results in less friction. Less friction results in lower operating pressures, better air efficiency and less maintenance. Other new features: lever on/off, redesigned removable foregrip, redesigned eye cover release, thinner grip frame, and a shorter overall package.
